Q: Who Is The Green Monkey?
A: We are a gay owned and operated independent retailer located at the Fairgrounds Marketplace on the corner of Blue Ridge Road & Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, NC.  We are opened every Weekend except for the Month of October. We offer items that promote acceptance, tolerance and all families matter.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: First item is $1.99*.  Each additional item is $1.00*.  *Some items have a shipping surcharge due to size and/or weight.  This will show in your shopping cart as the estimate shipping.  You will be charged the estimated shipping amount.  We do not ship to international destinations.

Q: What is your return policy?
A:  Once you receive your item, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price.  We require you to return the item to us, postage paid by you, in the same condition when received.  We do not refund shipping charges unless we ship you an item in error.  We want you to be completely satisfied.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Online: We accept PAYPAL only. You do not have to have a PAYPAL account to use your credit card via PAYPAL. See next question.  In our Raleigh location and at festivals, we accept all major credit cards. (Of course, cash.)

Q: Can I pay using my credit card if I do not have a paypal account?
A: Yes.  Please follow these steps:
1 .Follow Steps 1-5 on checkout page. Including Step 4 that say "Paypal" and it shows graphic for all credit cards.
2. Click confirm
3. You will be taken to the Paypal payment site.
4. You will be asked if you have a Paypal account.
5. Look below the login section. Find in blue letters: Don't have a paypal account?
6. Click on this and you will be allowed to use your debit or credit card without a paypal account.  You will be using PAYPAL as a guest. 




Q:Where is The Green Monkey store?
A: We are located in the Education Building at the Raleigh Flea Market at the NC State Fairgrounds at the corner of Hillsborough St. and Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh, NC.  The Education Building is facing Hillsborough Road. Enter through Gate 1, Education Building will be on your right. Enter through the 2nd door, take immediate left, take immediate right and we are located on the right.

Q:What does **Website Only** mean?
A: These items marked as **Website Only** are not found in our store but only available to purchase on our website.  These items usually ship between 7-14 days.
